Best Western Arizonian Inn

Stayed here for one night on our way west. Byron at front desk was very inviting and gracious - we didn’t have a rez, just walked in. He got us the type of room we needed - double queen on first floor. The room was a little dated but very clean throughout. Thermostat and heat worked well. At Byron’s suggestion, we had dinner at Mesa Italian just down the street (it was awesome, see separate review). The room was also very quiet - didn’t even know we had neighbors on both sides until we were leaving. I like being able to park right by our hotel door. Breakfast food was pretty good, too. Clean breakfast area & nice staff. We would stay here again if passing thru Holbrook. Great job, Arizonian Inn!

We stayed here after a full day of hiking at Petrified Forest so location was very close to South Park exit. Our room was clean and functional for our needs. Very quiet nice night of sleep. Black out curtains kept the parking lights out. Love the motel style, which let us park and unload close to our room. Lovely hot and cold filtered water available in the breakfast area. I believe the lobby had coffee available all day too. I was sad the pool was closed for the season. Breakfast was ok, hot eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Nothing too impressive but much appreciated. The ice machine was out of ice. Overall good stay.

Nice clean hotel in the desert right off the highway. The front desk guy was very nice and friendly, and they have complimentary water with 24 hour hot coffee fresh out the machine. I definitely recommend this place.

I stayed here one night and it was a real gem in the area. Everything inside the rooms was fantastic and comfortable. Don't forget to eat at the Chinese restaurant just down the street!

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Except for one issue, this would be a much higher rating. I drove an extra couple of hours that day to make it to this "pet friendly" hotel. The guy at the desk who made my reservation over the phone was friendly and helpful. When I got there, he asked me to put my dog outside the door because they aren't allowed in the lobby. (She was on a leash, it was late at night with no one around, and I was not going to just put her out a door!) I did mention this to the guy at check out and he was surprised and said that was not the case. Hopefully they address that so it is easier for other dog owners! The only other unfortunate thing was that my room was about as far from the dog walking area as possible, but that was not the fault of the hotel as I booked last minute. Just noting here so people can know to request a room closer to the dog area when they are booking.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations from the minute I pulled into the parking lot. My first impression was that the property was very well lit and well maintained. We arrived after dark and as two women traveling alone we felt very safe. When I walked into the front office to check in, I was immediately greeted by Bryon (or Byron, I can’t remember his name exactly but it was a Navajo gentleman and his name started with a “B”), who genuinely made me feel welcomed to the hotel instead of like another check in he had to get through. He was so kind and helpful during the check in process. He offered me free waters and told me about all of the hotel’s amenities. After check in, we were pleasantly surprised after walking into our room to see how nice and clean the room was. You can tell that the folks working here take a lot of pride in what they do. The room was comfortable and quiet and was equipped with blackout curtains that kept the room extremely dark. We had every amenity we needed and appreciated getting a good night’s rest. This is also one of the only pet friendly options in the area and is priced extremely reasonably, especially for the quality. If I ever pass through Holbrook again, I will absolutely be staying here, no questions asked. Thanks for the great stay!

Very impressed. It’s not too often where I come across a hotel/motel that’s clean with excellent service. This place hits the mark. I use to be a housekeeper so I know how difficult it can be to keep up and provide great quality when you have several checkouts a day. Our room was very clean all around, beds were made beautifully, it was quiet and the front desk man was very kind. The attention to detail is wonderful. This experience went a long way for us since we just drove about 8 hours before arriving here. I absolutely recommend staying here.

I’m from Houston and stayed here tonight during a long road trip. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly, and the room was very clean. Although the hotel has a sense of history, my overall experience has been excellent since checking in. This is clearly the result of the entire team working together. Maintaining such a high level of detail consistently is not easy at all. I’m also a chain brand owner myself, so I truly understand how challenging this can be. Thank you all very much—my respect to your team That said, I do have one question. I’d like to leave a tip for Kelly, but when I scan the code, I don’t see Kelly listed. Could you please let me know why that might be?
